Winners of the EVONA 2030 Top Ten Awards at InfoComm 2025

Here. We. Go.

In its second year, this awards program returns with a sharper focus and a new name: the EVONA 2030 Awards. Presented by AVNation and AV Buyers Club, this initiative is designed to recognize the most impactful and technically thoughtful solutions on the InfoComm show floor.

EVONA 2030 is a network built for AV and IT professionals working in the field. Thate means tech managers, IT directors, AV engineers, and decision-makers. These are the people behind the systems that keep everything running. Rooted in education, collaboration, and innovation, EVONA 2030 connects these professionals to smart tools, practical workflows, and each other.

These ten winning products weren’t chosen because they’re flashy. They were chosen because they’re effective and built with the needs of real AV and IT professionals in mind.

To be eligible, a product had to be newly released or shipping by January 2025 or after, focused on technical experience, and exhibited at this year’s show. Tim Albright and I evaluated products in person on the floor and followed up with rAVe’s video coverage to round out our selection process.

Now, we’re excited to share the results.

Below are the ten winning solutions (listed alphabetically by company) that rose to the top in 2025. Click to learn why each one made the cut and scroll to the bottom for related product videos. We’ve also included a YouTube playlist so you can see each product in action. Use the icon in the top right corner of the video frame to navigate between clips and explore the full list.

ADTECHNO DAV-03SBL

The DAV-03SBL transforms any SDM-compatible display into a smart, high-performance AV endpoint. What that means is that any display/projector company could have “Dante AV Inside”. No more need for a special decoder for Dante AV over IP. By integrating directly into the display, the DAV-03SBL creates a cleaner appearance while reducing maintenance headaches and hardware-related failures. Native support for Dante Director provides cloud-based remote visibility and management, allowing IT and AV teams to monitor and troubleshoot systems across multiple sites from a single interface. This is exactly the kind of infrastructure simplification that end users have needed.

Datavideo VoiceTRX100

The VoiceTRX100 is a voice-tracking control interface that brings broadcast-quality production to your fingertips. It allows Datavideo PTZ cameras and switchers to be voice-activated, triggering clean camera switching based on who’s speaking. This unlocks professional-quality videoconferencing and streaming — no producer required. It’s already in use across higher ed and corporate, helping students create videocasts and making meetings look a whole lot better. I’ve demo’d it multiple times — it works, and it works well.

Displace TV

Wireless video to a TV. Good. Wireless power. OK, you run on a battery. An integrated suction-cup mounting system. What?! Displace TV solves one of the AV industry’s most persistent challenges with their truly wireless television that mounts using revolutionary active loop vacuum technology. The built-in suction cup mounting system allows the display to stick to any wall in seconds — no drilling, no brackets, no hassle. This is a awesome for environments like all-glass conference rooms where traditional mounting has always been problematic or impossible. The battery-powered design eliminates the need for power cables, creating completely clean installations that were previously unachievable. Available in 27-inch and 55-inch sizes, these displays can also connect together to form larger video walls up to 110 inches.

Jetbuilt Jetbot

Jetbuilt, the AV project sales and management software company, released something this year called Jetbot — essentially an AV technician that lives in your phone. It provides real-time support to end users experiencing AV problems. The tool uses AI to scan all the owner’s manuals and troubleshooting guides for the equipment installed in your space. It’s also trained on best practices in AV troubleshooting and understands the specific design and layout of each room. We see this as invaluable for quick, on-the-fly support.

Joan 13 Pro

Think about e-paper technology. Now think about e-paper being used as a room sign. Great. Still with me? Now imagine using that e-paper to actually manage your space — whether it’s one room or multiple — thanks to a 13-inch touch screen. But wait, there’s more. The Joan 13 Pro’s Smart Magnet mounts to nearly any surface with no cables and no drilling, making install and usage simple. It’s clean, smart and refreshingly low-maintenance.

Marshall Furniture FPcM Confidence Monitor Wedge

The latest from Marshall Furniture is elegant in its simplicity. This wedge makes it incredibly easy to set a confidence monitor on stage — perfect for graduations, assemblies, and other live events. Setup and teardown are so simple, you can do it with one hand. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference when time and efficiency matter.

NetSpeek Lena

NetSpeek’s Lena represents actual use of actual AI in AV. This platform uses specialized autonomous agents trained specifically for different AV/UC platforms to intelligently detect, prioritize, and resolve issues across your entire system with minimal human intervention. What sets Lena apart is its agentic architecture. Instead of generic AI logic, it employs purpose-built agents that understand the specific behaviors and configurations of each manufacturer’s equipment. This platform looks excellent at both troubleshooting existing problems and preventative maintenance, dramatically reducing the burden on IT and AV teams who traditionally spend hours diagnosing system issues.

Promethean ActivPanel 10 Premium

The ActivPanel 10 Premium is built with real users in mind — whether you’re in a classroom, a boardroom, or somewhere in between. It plays nice with Windows, ChromeOS, Mac, and Android, so you can walk in, plug in, and get to work without compatibility drama. It’s secure, easy to use, and actually respects your time. No complex learning curve, just fast access to the tools you already know. With modular compute upgrades, built-in privacy protections, and seamless hybrid-ready features, the ActivPanel 10 is a smart investment that won’t become obsolete anytime soon.

Shure Microflex Wireless neXt 4 & neXt 8

Shure expands its award-winning Microflex Wireless neXt system with 4 and 8-channel options. These new verstions accommodate larger meeting rooms and lecture halls. A professor can walk into any room equipped with a neXt system and seamlessly connect to their personalized mic without any technical setup. Shure also expanded the microphone options to include gooseneck mics which means you can use the neXt system in a conference presentation. This is exactly the kind of user-centric design that makes technology disappear and lets people focus on communication.

SiliconCore Mobile Foldable LED Columns

SiliconCore continues to push the boundaries of portable LED technology with their Mobile Foldable LED Columns. Each 600mm x 2025mm column unfolds into a 1.2mm pixel pitch LED canvas delivering 480 x 1620 resolution with 1200-nit brightness. (A “nit” is a unit of brightness and a typical TV is 300 nits.) Up to eight columns can be combined to create a 4K- wall within minutes. What makes this particularly impressive is the complete lack of rigging, calibration, or installation requirements. If your CEO or college president wants to do a presentation and have a portable display beside/behind them, this could be the answer. Silent, fanless operation makes them perfect for live or broadcast environments. Each unit folds down to fit through standard doorways and elevators which means you can take these things anywhere.
