Xyte Unveils Free “Starter Plan” for Device and Assets Orchestration at InfoComm 2025

Xyte has announced a new free-forever “Starter Plan” at InfoComm 2025, offering in-house AV/IT teams and integrators a powerful cloud platform to manage unlimited connected devices, rooms, and assets, all from a single interface. This user-friendly remote monitoring and management (RMM) tool helps streamline operations and improve system reliability without any cost barrier, making it especially appealing for smaller teams or those with diverse multi-brand setups.

This move is part of Xyte’s broader mission to make enterprise-grade AV/IT orchestration tools more accessible. Aligned with the OpenAV Cloud initiative, the Starter Plan promotes openness, interoperability, and freedom from vendor lock-in, helping IT professionals take back control of their tech ecosystems and reduce complexity across the board.

Xyte, developer of the first all-in-one cloud platform for in-house AV teams, systems integrators, and device manufacturers, today announced the launch of its “Starter Plan” at InfoComm 2025. A free-forever offering, the Starter Plan provides teams with a single robust cloud platform in which to manage all spaces, rooms, connected devices, and local assets, without limitations on the number of devices supported.

With the Starter Plan, service providers and in-house teams gain access to a robust suite of RMM features to keep their AV and UC systems running smoothly and efficiently – managing an unlimited number of devices across different brands in a single Xyte interface.

“The new free Starter Plan marks a major milestone,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte. “We believe cloud-based device orchestration should be accessible to every team. This free-forever plan reflects our ongoing commitment to democratizing enterprise-grade AV/IT capabilities.”

Announced at InfoComm 2025 alongside Xyte’s other industry-first innovations—including its Connect+ Edge, MCP Server, and Agentic AI—this move reinforces Xyte’s role as a driving force behind an open, interoperable AV ecosystem.

Brookstein added that the new plan aligns with the principles of the recently-launched OpenAV Cloud initiative, of which Xyte is a founding member, which aims to break down vendor lock-in and promote open APIs and secure data practices across the AV industry.

“Our Starter Plan democratizes access to AV device management, empowering every AV/IT team to take control of their technology stack, no matter how large or small their deployment,” Brookstein said.

Andrew Gross, VP of Sales at Xyte added: “We’ve seen first-hand the challenges in-house teams face when dealing with fragmented, closed systems. The new plan provides an immediate path to better reliability, lower downtime, and greater flexibility from day one.”

Xyte invites in-house teams to explore how easy it can be to manage devices, rooms, and services from one intuitive interface.
